Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. Nice quiet community. Residents are nice and respectful. Our dog loves the dog park. Gym, volleyball, and basketball court are all nice and a great way to get out.

Great apartments to live in, clean and well maintained. The upgraded look is great. Very easy leasing process, the staff is super friendly and professional. 15 mins to downtown and everything needed very close by. overall great.

I have lived here for over a year and it has been nothing but exceptional. Jackie is wonderful and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you are a young professional new to the area I highly recommend checking this place out. Additionally, it is extremely easy to get to the highway making Cincinnati traffic a little more bearable.

Perfect for families and individuals who are looking for space and all the comforts of a community! The service is great and everything is just so NEW!!! I really enjoy the fact that EVERYTHING you need from groceries to banking is within minutes!
