Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!
Pets - Max 2 Allowed
Pet Deposit: $150 per household
One-time Pet Fee: $150 per household
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
The weight limit is 50 lbs. per household.
Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted. pet policy fees only apply for cats and dogs.
The following breed restrictions apply: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf. Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.
